✅ Diagnosis Charges: A service inspection/diagnosis fee may apply even if repair work is not carried out after the visit.

✅ Warranty: Repairs are covered under a limited warranty, typically valid only for the specific issue fixed. Warranty does not apply to unrelated problems or new issues arising later.

✅ Gas Refilling: AC gas refill is only recommended after checking for and repairing any leaks. We are not responsible for gas leakage if refilling is done without repair.

✅ Part Replacement: If any spare parts are replaced, they will be covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty (if available). We do not provide warranty on customer-supplied parts.

✅ System Age & Condition: We may advise against repairs for ACs that are very old or in poor condition. In such cases, repair attempts may not fully restore performance or longevity.

✅ Electrical Issues: Our service excludes broader electrical issues beyond the AC unit (e.g., faulty wiring in the building or power instability).

✅ Safety: Ensure that the work area is safe, accessible, and free from hazards (e.g., pets, loose wires, wet floors). Technicians reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe environments.

✅ Customer Cooperation: Full access to both indoor and outdoor units is required for complete servicing. Please ensure availability during the scheduled time slot.
